The pump only switches on when there is almost no pressure in the fixture.

Adjust the screw at the top of the flow controller so that the cut-in pressure (the pressure at which the pump switches on) is higher than before. It is recommended to leave at least a Thar difference between the cut-in pressure and the cut-out pressure (this is the pressure at
which the pump switches off)
